Milton Vernon Simpson, Jr. (b. 1910, d. 2001) was a nationally-recognized and highly-regarded printer, working in the Los Angeles area. Upon his retirement from printing as a business, his collection of type and printers were donated to ArtCenter and formed the core of HMCT Archetype Press. Materials include business and personal papers, specimen sheets, photographs, ephemera, and personal artifacts.
